A flat topped grassy mound and perhaps the largest barrow on Dartmoor. A stone erected at its centre is engraved with DS (Duke of Somerset) and bears the barrows name 'Broad Barrow', like the nearby Hamel Down Cross it acts as a boundary stone marking the estate of the Natsworthy Manor.
